Regrettably I have never been to any of the Eastern European block countries. Thankfully Pete has and I used his information and photos to build out this section. I think he did not expect his anecdotes to be used so the information is a little light but he did manage to see quite a few places during a college back packing treat and later a 2012 vacation through Ukraine, Moldova, and Romania.
